The California Citrus Clonal Protection Program (CCPP) is part of the Department of Plant Pathology at the University of California at Riverside and is a cooperative program with the citrus growers of California, represented by the Citrus Research Board, the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the United States Department of Agriculture.

Foundation Plant Services (FPS) is a public service department of the University of California, Davis. FPS’ primary activities are distributing plant material (including grape stock) and providing testing services to commercial nurseries. Materials maintained in the collection have passed tests for specific target virus diseases.

The Missouri Grape Importation and Certification Program was designed to screen (for virus) imported grape cultivars suitable for Missouri conditions. Selections (mostly from Eastern Europe) are propagated in research and commercial vineyard sites.

The National Clonal Germplasm Repository for Fruit and Nut Crops (USDA-ARS) is located in Davis, California. The NCGR is a federally-funded repository dedicated to collection, preservation and distribution of plant germplasm from around the world. A large collection of Vitis plant material, including rootstock, wine, table and species grape stock, is available to the public.

The National Grape and Wine Initiative (NGWI) is a nationwide coalition representing grape growers, processors, wineries, and representatives of academic institutions and cooperative extension organizations committed to improving wine and grape production.

Northwest Berry & Grape is an information network that covers grape and wine production in the Northwestern United States. There are direct links to viticulture and enology recommendations from Oregon State University, the University of Idaho, Washington State University and the USDA-ARS.

The NorthWest Grape Foundation Service (NWGFS), in the Viticulture program at Washington State University, operates a clean stock program for Pacific Northwest grapes. NWGFS screens plant material for required diseases, certifies and distributes the grape foundation stock to growers.

The Penn State Wine Grape Network is a site for wine grape growers designed to assist growers with production techniques and the purchase/sale of grapes.
